Phil Langley
Managing Director
Phil is responsible for the overall management of the Group, primarily focusing on the sustainable expansion and development of the business, with the underlying principle of delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
With a passion for constant development and improvement, he continues to drive ongoing initiatives to enhance Vivid’s service offering and the quality of its operational service delivery. Kaylene Cox
Head of Operations
Kaylene began her journey in real estate in 2009, initially focusing on sales before transitioning into property management. Her strong commitment to excellence and dedication to fostering a customer-centric culture have led her to numerous head of department roles, where she established policies, processes, and emphasised team professional development and training for new industry entrants.
Over the past four years, Kaylene has been with the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, managing large service delivery teams. She has successfully driven teams through significant legislative changes and established new teams, effectively translating strategic plans into operational outcomes to meet state government initiatives. Now, driven by her passion for real estate and its dynamic landscape, Kaylene has returned to the private sector.
Chris Reaney

Chris Reaney is a chartered accountant with 20 years of experience in the industry, including 11 years in property-related roles, and is currently serving as the Group Commercial Manager and Company Secretary for Vivid. In these pivotal roles, he oversees the commercial management, management accounting, and reporting functions of the organisation.
Responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives, Chris ensures that financial operations are efficient and compliant, while also managing key functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Tom is responsible for our exceptional support services team, which enables Vivid to deliver a unique level of service quality to customers. Tom and his team oversee the on-boarding of all new landlord customers, properties and tenants. This ensures everything is effectively established and maintained on an ongoing basis, delivering a consistent and reliable service to our customers.
The support services team is vital to provide our Property Managers more time to focus on front line service for their Landlord and Tenant clients, and reduces the demands on individual property managers.
Tom is also a fully qualified accountant and has long standing experience in both managed service and service support businesses. He is highly focused on fast, effective and quality service, which runs to the heart of the Vivid culture of delivery and customer service excellence.
