Kaylene began her journey in real estate in 2009, initially focusing on sales before transitioning into property management. Her strong commitment to excellence and dedication to fostering a customer-centric culture have led her to numerous head of department roles, where she established policies, processes, and emphasised team professional development and training for new industry entrants.

Over the past four years, Kaylene has been with the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, managing large service delivery teams. She has successfully driven teams through significant legislative changes and established new teams, effectively translating strategic plans into operational outcomes to meet state government initiatives. Now, driven by her passion for real estate and its dynamic landscape, Kaylene has returned to the private sector.

Chris Reaney is a chartered accountant with 20 years of experience in the industry, including 11 years in property-related roles, and is currently serving as the Group Commercial Manager and Company Secretary for Vivid. In these pivotal roles, he oversees the commercial management, management accounting, and reporting functions of the organisation.

Responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives, Chris ensures that financial operations are efficient and compliant, while also managing key functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. By collaborating with various departments, he helps drive strategic initiatives that enhance overall performance and operational efficiency.

As the Group Marketing Manager, Bri assumes a pivotal role in propelling the Vivid brand forward through strategic and innovative marketing initiatives, public relations endeavours, and impactful promotional campaigns. Her primary objective is to enhance engagement with our clients while solidifying the company’s standing as a prominent and trusted partner within the Perth real estate industry.

With an extensive background spanning nearly a decade in strategic marketing, encompassing both the commercial and residential property sectors, Bri brings a profound passion and unwavering commitment to delivering impactful results for clients and fostering sustainable business growth.

With nearly two decades of industry experience encompassing roles from Administrator to Operations Manager in the property industry, plus her own investment portfolio, Sam understands the diverse emotions of property clients. The support services team is vital to provide our Property Managers more time to focus on front line service for their Landlord and Tenant clients, and reduces the demands on individual property managers.

Tom is also a fully qualified accountant and has long standing experience in both managed service and service support businesses. He is highly focused on fast, effective and quality service, which runs to the heart of the Vivid culture of delivery and customer service excellence.

Breanna brings a unique blend of creativity and organisational expertise to Vivid Property. With a background in the print industry, she developed a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality results. Now, as our Agency Concierge, she uses those skills to create a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike.

Tia heads up the property management operation and is ultimately responsible for service delivery and quality.
